B&B La Rotonda

Onelia was discreet but attentive throughout, even though she slept in the room beside ours. We stayed for two nights with my mother and had to arrive at 11:00 PM and leave at 6:30 AM because of family commitments. I’d let her know in advance, and she kindly waited for us and was just as considerate at checkout. The apartment is simple but well cared for, and our room was bright, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was roomy too, and everything was spotless and smelled fresh. The location suited us well, just 7 minutes from Villa Laura and close to the highway, so it was easy to reach. There is some traffic noise because of the highway, which I expected. You can get around on foot, with a bar, pharmacy, and bus stop right outside and supermarkets a 5-minute walk away. Free private parking is available. We were in a rush, so I can’t judge the breakfast, but Onelia supplied what we needed and offered to prepare it to take away. We paid €50 per night plus tourist tax, a very reasonable price, though rates vary by season and city events. Cleanliness, amenities, and value all get a 10 from me, host courtesy a 10, and location a 9 and a 10. I’d return and recommend it. Warm wishes to Onelia, a host who stays in your heart.

Onelia was tireless and ready to help with anything we needed. The location felt safe, with fenced private parking, and breakfast was included at the bar downstairs, which opens at 6:30 a.m. Hospitality, availability, and cleanliness were all top notch. 100% recommended, and thank you, Onelia, for being so kind!

The room was roomy and bright, with a big closet, desk, little balcony, and TV. It was super clean, and the shared bathroom was always tidy, fresh-smelling, and clean too. Breakfast even came with a fresh croissant. The many thoughtful touches made me feel like a special guest, almost part of the family. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it.

I’d paid two months ahead for a room for my parents, but when they arrived nobody answered the door. The owner had forgotten we were coming, then insisted we should have called a few days earlier to confirm. We waited for her, asked for our money back, and had to find another room at the last minute. Completely unprofessional. I don’t recommend it.
