The rooms were very clean, and breakfast was excellent, especially the coffee. The location is perfect, close to everything. Thank you, Fransesco (manager), for being so kind and welcoming. Five out of five is the least this B&B deserves.

We were told we could pay by card when we arrived, but then were sent off to find the nearest ATM. The host was very unfriendly, and the whole stay was a disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone hoping for a pleasant visit.

Please explain Bologna’s garbage rules to your guests. This isn’t acceptable.

Communication would be easier if the owner spoke English.

The breakfast was generous, and I found the bed comfortable. My brother and I had a lovely stay, even though we booked at the last minute. They called right away to explain that our room shared a bathroom with another guest, so there were no surprises. The hosts were wonderfully kind and helpful, and the whole house, including our room, smelled incredibly fresh.
