The owner was lovely and ready to help with anything. Breakfast comes as vouchers for a nearby cafe, which was a nice way to get a proper Italian breakfast. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the location is close to the centre. The building can be noisy, and the windows don't let in much light, though we were out most of the time anyway.

The owner was really kind and helpful, which makes this hard to say, but €180 a night is too much for a double room, even if it's spacious and has all the comforts. The window looks onto a tiny courtyard, so the room stays completely dark. I know everything in the city center can be expensive, but that price still doesn't feel right.

Right in the center of Bologna, and the location, cleanliness, and hospitality were all top-notch.
