Five days into our seven-day stay, we’re loving this place. Rossella and Luca have been wonderfully welcoming. The room is soundproofed, with RCAC for heating and cooling, plus underfloor heating in the hall. The breakfast trolley is superb. Great accommodation at an excellent price, with easy walks everywhere and plenty of bars and trattorias within 1-200 metres. Bologna at its best!

The room was a good size and clean, and the location is perfect, within walking distance of Bologna’s heart. Breakfast was good, and the host prepared it to suit our special requests. The hosts were always available to help with questions and requests.

The room felt tucked away and peaceful, yet the grand piazza was only about a five-minute walk. The hostess was very polite, and everything was extremely clean.
