The location is the one redeeming feature. I stayed for a single night, which was enough to see how run down the place was, and it didn't feel suitable for guests. The mirror and shower tray were very dirty when I arrived. There's no bidet, and the shower has a curtain instead of the glass shown in the listing. The kitchen is basic and has no table. The bed and pillows were fine, but the air conditioning was broken. There was mold on the wall facing the building's main facade, and the walls elsewhere were dirty and stained too. The bathroom door is a sliding wooden panel that won't close; gaps mean you can see from outside what's happening in there. The apartment also doesn't look like a newly built building as shown. Everything felt dilapidated.

The place was filthy and neglected, and I can't understand how anyone could rent it in this condition. The bathroom was disgusting, and the washing machine was full of mold. The beds were dirty or broken, while the towels smelled bad, were dirty, and had clumps of hair on them. The closet held piles of dirty blankets tossed in without care. Furniture was randomly placed, electrical outlets were broken, and the refrigerator was dirty and stank. Even the bathroom wastebasket, which must once have been white, had turned completely yellow. Shame on the owner. He should have to sleep in that mess!

What a nightmare. The apartment was falling apart, and the towels were unusable with clumps of hair inside them. Blankets were dumped in a corner, and the bathroom felt like it had its own ecosystem. It was awful. Sleeping here felt dangerous for your health.

No working Wi-Fi, and the boiler was broken, so we had cold showers for three days. The owner was absent and unhelpful, even though we'd paid for services we never received. There were no shutters or curtains, so we could see the people across the street and they could see us. Absolutely terrible!!!!
