After I booked and paid in advance, they got in touch to say they couldn't host me. The replacement they suggested didn't meet my needs at all. Sorting it out meant long, complicated calls and messages with a hotel employee. Communication was very poor.

I never stayed there. They charged my card by mistake even though my March 2023 booking wasn't meant to be charged until then. I canceled, but two months later I still hadn't received the money back. Don't book with this property!

They canceled my reservation without explaining why, and didn't answer my calls or messages. I wouldn't rely on this accommodation. Better to look for another place in Bologna.

The suite was very clean, with thoughtful touches: water in the room, really good cookies, and tea. Coffee and pastries are there for a quick breakfast, and we got a warm welcome. It's about a 10-minute walk to the center. Just don't expect a private love nest, the next room is separated by only a doorway, so you hear everything 😂😂😂😂

The rooms were clean and welcoming, and the place was especially well looked after.
