The place is in a great spot, close to the main train station and an easy walk from there into the historic Old Town. There are plenty of cafes and bars nearby, including Bar Marconi just across the street under the arcades, plus a large PAM supermarket. The street felt clean, safe, and quiet, with garbage cans outside the building. The apartment is on the 4th floor. A small elevator and stairs are available. It’s a large apartment divided into three separate rentals, all reached from a shared entrance and hallway. Inside, there’s a living room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, a roomy bathroom with a bubble bath, and a little balcony. It was bright, sunny, spacious, nicely furnished, and matched the photos and description. Everything was clean, including the linens and towels, which were enough for our 4-day stay. There were extra duvets and pillows in the wardrobes, and the sofa bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had a microwave, refrigerator, stove, electric kettle, pots, dishes, and cutlery, so we didn’t find anything missing. A few things made arrival harder than it needed to be. You have to sign the lease with a company representative at the apartment, and their website only works when Wi-Fi is available. We kept in touch with the representative over WhatsApp, but it would have been easier if they had met us at the building entrance. The listed price also wasn’t the final amount: there was a link to pay 42 euros in city tax for 4 days, and late check-in cost another 20-40 euros depending on the time. There was no tea or coffee setup, which was particularly inconvenient for a late arrival. Still, I’d recommend the apartment.
