The breakfast had a decent selection, and the hotel is handy for the exhibition centre. Staff were generally polite. Underground parking costs €7 a night, while free parking is very limited and mostly a matter of luck. The room was tiny, the bed uncomfortable, and there was no free tea or coffee in the room. For two guests, we got only one set of towels and had to ask for more towels and a blanket. The restaurant was disappointing and didn’t meet expectations. At checkout, they also asked us to pay an extra fee for our dog, even though the booking said the pet fee was included. It’s acceptable for a short business stay thanks to the location and breakfast, but comfort and guest service need work.

The staff were nice, the place was clean, and breakfast tasted good, though the hot food was always cold. Our room stayed too warm even with the air conditioning set to its lowest setting. It made no difference whether it was switched on or off, and it only worked with the key card inserted. Along with the polyester mattress covers, that left our backs constantly wet. Adorable. The very tiny room had just one closet behind the bed. There was nowhere to hang clothes on hooks or anything like that. The bathroom was oddly designed and so small that you couldn’t properly open the door, leaving only half the sink accessible. The shower design didn’t match anything else in the room or hotel, and it had fast-changing coloured LED lights, like in some ... The window was in a strange spot. If you’re 160 cm tall, you literally see nothing; taller people can see a crane and a very large construction site.

The location is good and breakfast was tasty, but I can’t recommend the hotel. Our room faced the parking lot, where strong spotlights stayed on all night, and the curtains didn’t block them, so we slept badly. The windows were smaller than their frames, leaving large gaps that let in noise and drafts and made the room cold. I’m glad we used the safe, because one day our door was ajar and the next it was completely open. Anyone could have walked in and taken our belongings. Reception apologized and said they’d tell the cleaning staff. The following day the door was closed, but the cosmetics hadn’t been replenished and the bedsheet was missing.

I wanted a little getaway with a spa, and after reading the comments I was hesitant even though this was my first choice. I went for it, and honestly it was the best €150 I’ve ever spent. I booked one night with private spa access. The spa was clean, the sauna and bagno turco were amazing, and my favourite part was the mini pool with idramassagio. The staff were so welcoming and the room was awesome. I didn’t like the location, but it didn’t affect my trip there.

A rip-off. The beds are terrible, and the place is so basic it should be a one-star hotel. Bring your own lotion, Kleenex, and bedside lamp!
