I had booked a week at Casa Giulietta in July, but chose the wrong room option and wound up with a non-refundable booking. I realized the mistake and got in touch within 32 hours, asking if they could offer a partial refund or any flexibility because I was dealing with a complicated family situation. Instead, I was accused of being “superficial” and “harassing” them. I replied right away and was willing to work out something fair, but they refused to refund any of the payment and kept €930. They offered a voucher, but it wasn't useful to me since I don't know anyone who might want to stay there. Their reply felt patronizing, and they suggested I hadn't booked with a real intention to stay. That was hurtful and rude, especially as I had informed them promptly and canceled the room so it could be freed up for someone else. I’m disappointed they showed so little understanding or willingness to accommodate me. I won't book with them again.

Giulia was lovely and so helpful, always ready to answer our questions. The room was modern, spotless, and carefully maintained, with a private spa inside, including a sauna and whirlpool. The lighting and romantic atmosphere were just right, and you could see the care put into every detail. We wanted a really special weekend on Lake Como, and this B&B was exactly the right choice.

The owners were incredibly kind and ready to help with anything I needed. Everything was impeccably clean, and the relaxing feel seemed to reach every corner of this beautiful, tastefully furnished property. It had every comfort I could ask for. A real gem, and I'll definitely return.

Giulia greeted us with a lovely smile and shared lots of tips. We had a dream weekend in comfortable, impeccably clean rooms, with reserved parking and a plentiful, excellent breakfast. The location near the center was great, and Santarcangelo is a charming medieval village worth a visit. Highly recommended.

The woman who greeted us was attentive and kind, and the many thoughtful details in the spotless, welcoming rooms really made us feel at home. The house is right in the heart of the city, handy for exploring the small, beautiful village of Santarcangelo di Romagna. It has three bedrooms, two upstairs, and a shared ground-floor area with a kitchen, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, and two little breakfast tables. I couldn't recommend it more.
