The location is the only thing that made this Airbnb worthwhile. The whole house was so dusty that our white socks turned black right away, and there was mold throughout the bathrooms, especially in the shower. I had to sleep on the so-called extra bed on the couch, where metal parts stuck out and poked my face. We travel every year, and this was our worst stay. During the visit there was no personal contact unless we called because we were having trouble getting into the house. Then, to our surprise, the owners contacted us after my mother posted a review. Very strange behavior. I wish I could give it zero stars.

The apartment was roomy and welcoming, right in Bologna’s historic center. We had a great stay, and the staff were warm and ready to help.
