The location was the only good part. I stayed for 15 nights and found no facilities, not even a microwave or anything else to heat food. It wasn't clean at all, and I didn't feel safe, especially as a girl. Some addicted boys lived there, and on my last night one was sitting behind my door asking me for money for cigarettes and other things. There was no manager or anyone following up on problems. We didn't even have toilet paper for my last three days, and when I asked the boy who cleaned there, he didn't bring any. It was an awful experience and I don't recommend it at all.

There are plenty of bars and coffee places at street level, and both the center and train station are nearby. For the location, it's very cheap, so it's a decent option for a night or two. We got a good room with A/C in exchange for a good review. I think the other rooms didn't have A/C, but I'm not certain. The trade-offs were a shared bathroom, whose toilet was broken on our second night, and being able to hear everything other guests did.

I asked to move my reservation a week earlier, which I'm sure should be possible in the middle of a pandemic. They wouldn't make the simple change, even though I offered to pay the difference for another room. Instead, they wanted me to rebook from scratch and pay again. No flexibility at all during these times, and the customer service was just as bad. Go elsewhere.

They refused my request to check in at 9 pm after I had booked a room, and they also wouldn't refund me. That left me with neither accommodation nor my money. I've never had a worse experience booking a place. Don't even consider this B&B if you expect to arrive after 5.30 pm. How can anyone run a business with such a bad attitude?
