The worst thing was the strong sewage smell in the flat. It was noisy too, and the balcony in the photos wasn't what we got. I've attached a picture of the balcony we had, which doesn't match what was advertised. The lift was out of order, so there were a lot of stairs to climb.

The owner was always reachable and very kind, and check-in and check-out were easy. The apartment had everything we needed, from coffee and tea to glasses, cups, and plates. It was very clean and close to the city center. I'll definitely stay here on my next trip. Thank you!

I ended up paying the full cost of my two-night reservation, and the owner's refusal to make an exception left me very disappointed. I had booked a more expensive option specifically because it was cancellable in case something unexpected happened. I caught COVID while travelling and had to change my plans. I meant to cancel on 19 Dec, the deadline, but the medicine I took knocked me out and I missed it. I tried to cancel at 6:30am on 20 Dec, after the 19 Dec @ 23:59 cutoff for my stay starting 23 Dec. It was my mistake to cancel late, but I wish they'd shown more compassion.

The apartment was very nice, though I had trouble with the heating :(

The apartments are clean and near the centre. The host was quick to respond and very helpful.
