The location was good, and check-in was easy. But one of the two double beds felt like a rock, the coffee machine didn’t work, and the walls were damp, probably from the air conditioning. There was a lot of dust under the bed too. Each morning, drills at the front of the house woke us up.

We arrived late at night, and the host was very helpful. The room was nice, and the location worked well, with most places in Bologna reachable on foot.

A great place to rent while you’re in Bologna.

The accommodation was cozy and clean, with modern furnishings, and the pool was fantastic. The exterior was well kept, and the staff were welcoming and always around at the bar. Sidari was a 10-minute walk away. We had a great experience!

The beds were comfortable, and the gas stove worked fine. The apartment had the basics, though we could have used more dishes for four people and a dishwasher. We were given a "The Place" apartment in the same building rather than the one pictured. It looked a little dated, and the duvet wasn't quite clean. The shower had enough warm water for all four of us, but getting hot water at the sink took a bit of waiting. For the central location and price, it was still a good apartment with a few small drawbacks.
