We had a lovely stay, and Francesco gave us a warm welcome and did a lot to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment is clean and practical, with air conditioning, a kitchenette, two beds, and a sofa bed. It's in a quiet residential area, under five minutes from a bus stop, with the city center 10-15 minutes away by bus. Parco Nord is a 25-minute walk for anyone going to an event there. We really recommend it for a stay in Bologna.
10/10
The owner was polite, helpful, and impressively organized. The place is clean and furnished very well, with everything needed, even an emergency sewing kit. Five stars are deserved! ^^
4/10
The owner was friendly, but the place was dirty and not well organized. I had to do a thorough clean before we could settle in for two days, especially in the kitchenette. It's also on the outskirts, and there's no parking.
10/10
The rooms and bathroom were spacious, and the apartment felt welcoming and comfortable. It was well furnished, spotlessly clean, and had new facilities and comforts. The owner was kind and professional. Well deserved stars.

The owners were very kind and helpful. The apartment was spotless, newly furnished, and functional for its location. Recommended.
