My husband and I spent all of July 2018 in apartment Revegnana at Petronio Residence. It was a great size for two, and a family of three could fit comfortably. We had a French balcony looking over the main street, with a clear view of the two towers. The location was ideal for shopping and sightseeing. The train station was a 25-minute walk along the main shopping street, and buses stopped just a few metres from the residence. The place was spotless and very well kept. Management and staff were lovely, helpful and efficient. I highly recommend Residence Petronia!

The location was excellent, and the place was nicely furnished, especially the bedrooms, with good bed linen. But we had two problems: there was no hot water on the first morning, and a window wouldn’t shut properly, a big issue on a central main road. The hot water got sorted after we made a fuss. The window didn’t, because the owner said it wasn’t an issue. We didn’t appreciate that take-it-or-leave-it attitude.

We only booked two nights and wished we’d stayed a week. The apartment was clean, well laid out and had everything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect. Next time I’m in Bologna, I’ll stay here again.

The apartment was very comfortable and in a great location. We loved it, though being on the main street meant the nights were very noisy.

The location was good, but the room was dark, much noisier than we wanted and didn’t look like the picture. The bathroom was too small, and the owners were rude.
