Phi Hotel Bologna

Breakfast each morning was a highlight, fresh, varied, and beautifully presented, with plenty of options whether you want something light or more indulgent. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant one evening and were glad we did. The food was delicious and carefully prepared, and the service was warm and professional. The whole meal felt relaxed and enjoyable. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. The bed was especially good, supportive and cozy, and we slept very well. Across the hotel, the atmosphere is calm and stylish, and everything feels thoughtfully maintained, a nice place to unwind after exploring the city. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. They were friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Phi Hotel gave us the comfort, quality, and genuine hospitality we hoped for. We left feeling refreshed and very well looked after. Highly recommended.

The room was compact, which was fine since I chose that size, and it’s right in the center. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. I stayed two nights and slept incredibly well, the bed and pillows were that good. I also liked having my own thermostat. Being able to raise the temperature from 21 to 23 degrees made a real difference. The bathroom had great water pressure and temperature. It wasn’t cheap, but the bedding alone made it feel worth it.

The location was great, but our stay was disrupted when the power failed and the Wi-Fi went down. They got the electricity working again, yet the Wi-Fi stayed out until the following morning. When the receptionist asked how things had gone, I explained how frustrated I was about both problems. She seemed not to care, which felt strange. I was staying at the appartment logia, where the neighbors were very loud. The church bell also rings every hour, so light sleepers are likely to wake up often.

We had a lovely night here. The staff were excellent, breakfast was delicious, and the location is great. Highly recommend it.
