After two nights at this spacious, clean B&B, I left today, 15-05-2024, having had a wonderful stay. The instructions were clear, and I loved how easy it was to enter the B&B and my own room. There was plenty of room, including in the bathroom. I’m not a small person and could move around freely, and the ceilings were very high. It had everything I needed. Breakfast was a chance to have nice conversations with the owner, which gave it that personal B&B feeling. There was lots to choose from, including fresh bread, cheeses, meat, vegetables, and Italian coffee. The bus stop is just a short walk away, with service to the city center and Ducati museum/ Factory. Public transport in Bologna is well organized. Or you can walk about 20 minutes to the center, passing plenty of nice shops along the way. Thanks so much for having me.

Paolo was so kind, and we’d book here again if we return. The rooms felt modern and comfortable, and our bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean. It was very quiet at night. Breakfast was really good, with fresh orange juice, coffee, toast, local cheeses, salami and mortadella, and a delicious apple pie. The city center is about a 20-minute walk, which is handy after you’ve eaten a lot at dinner and want to get a bit of exercise.

The host was excellent and full of useful information, and made memorable coffee and breakfast with fresh local ingredients. We’ll definitely be back. The location might not seem ideal at first, but all the attractions are just a few minutes away. If you don’t want to walk, public transport to the very center is only a couple of meters away.

There’s a lovely terrace where you can have breakfast, and the host is kind and thoughtful. Breakfast service was good, and you can use a bike from the accommodation. It’s well placed between the city center and nature, including the route for hiking to trecento scalini. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

We’ll definitely book again next time we’re in Bologna. The room was large and clean, with everything we needed: toiletries, TV, fridge, AC, kettle, tea, towels, and more. Breakfast on the amazing terrace was very good, with lots of choices, including vegan and no-pork options. Just ask, and the owner, Paolo, is happy to help. It’s close to transport for the city center, about 15-20 min abt, or you can take a taxi, which is cheaper than Uber in Italy. Lidl and a Coop are also a 5-10 minute walk away.
