I’m finishing up my second stay here, and it’s still a great place. I’ll definitely return. On my first visit, the recent renovation made a good impression, and of the three apartments I stayed in during that trip, this one had the best-equipped kitchen. I’d already wanted to come back, and now I know I will.

Of all the places I’ve stayed in Italy across six visits, this Airbnb has been the best. Great location, lovely tasteful setup, and really cozy!

We never got checked in because the staff had mixed up my dates. They didn’t answer the phone numbers I’d given them, or my texts and emails, so late that evening we were left with our children and nowhere to sleep. The manager sent an apology by text the following day, but the owner didn’t apologize. Instead, the owner blamed us and gave different explanations, first saying we hadn’t arrived, then claiming the check-in details and key location had been sent. That wasn’t true. The money charged to my card wasn’t returned. The owner later said a transfer had been made, but it hadn’t. I found the handling of this dishonest and fraudulent, and strongly advise against staying here.

The hosts were very friendly, and the apartment is spacious and right in the center. The bathroom feels a little dated, but I’d still recommend the place.
