I stayed here for quite a while and found Residence Bondi to be a little gem, with affordable accommodation and a safe, peaceful feel. The place is private, clean, and comfortable, and works for either a short visit or a longer stay like mine. I appreciated the cleaning and correspondence services, as well as how carefully the owners communicate and stay available if something comes up. Guests are welcome, with respect for everyone else's privacy and presence. The hospitality is excellent in central Bologna, especially for serious, well-regarded clients.

I was in town for a week while my apartment was being renovated, and Residenza Bondi felt like home. The apartment suited me perfectly, with lots of light, tasteful furnishings, a quiet setting, all the comforts I needed, and a lovely garden view. I really enjoyed the owners' company too. The two young owners, a girl and a boy my age, became friends, and their mother was lovely as well. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Bologna: it's handy for the ring road and city center, with good public transport connections. I had a very pleasant stay, almost like being with family.

The apartments are well equipped and can comfortably fit three adults. They have a kitchen with an induction hob, microwave, and dishwasher. It's a very good residence in a quiet area, with convenient transport into the city center, and Sant'Orsola Hospital is close enough to walk to.
