I didn't feel comfortable or safe at Residence Porta Saragozza. Money went missing during my stay, the towels weren't clean, and the manager at the time was unfriendly and hard to communicate with. The rules were strict, too, including not being allowed to open the terrace door for fresh air or sunlight. On top of that, the fridge didn't work properly, and the power kept cutting out. The air conditioning was difficult to use because of the outages, and it didn't work well even when it was on. My stay was a disappointment, and I wouldn't recommend the place.

I'd sooner sleep on a sidewalk bench than in that rock-hard bed. The room was always cold because the A/C didn't work, and the rooms smelled bad. There was no Wi Fi, and the stove was broken before I arrived. Staff still tried to charge me for it, assuming I'd broken it.

Getting to the city center is easy from here. The place is large and comfortable, and would work for either a short visit or a longer stay.
