Shameful. The studio is on the ground floor in a shabby area that felt dangerous, especially at night. The place and the service were hostel-level, and basic cleanliness and supplies had clearly been neglected. The bed had a broken slat, with only a sheet over the mattress and a dirty quilt under the bedspread. I put everything in the laundry and spent the first night at a friend's house. The closet couldn't be used because it was crammed with badly folded linens and heaps of dirty laundry, and the couch throws smelled. The shower in the photo was covered in limescale, and its remote for the different settings was broken. The owner seemed very strict about energy rules: the thermostat was fixed at 19°C, and the air conditioning was blocked too. At the same time, there was no attention to environmental care or basic hygiene, just a bin and no recycling bags. I hope the photos get published so people can see the hovel I found. Airbnb refunded the unused night after the lady refused, and only reimbursed me for the cleaning.

We'd definitely come back. The place was spotless and comfortable, with a lovely terrace. Its location is handy for Bologna and the surrounding area, just a short walk from both the central station and the city center.

The owner was polite and kind, and the apartment is in a peaceful area with a little terrace. Inside, it’s modern, clean, and comfortably furnished. The new kitchen has all the dishes you need and a capsule coffee maker; the bathroom has a gorgeous walk-in shower with hydromassage jets and music. The pillows were comfortable, and the sheets and towels were excellent. It’s also very close to the station. Highly recommended!

Andrea, the owner, was so kind and helpful. The apartment had all the comforts we needed, and it looked just like the online description and photos. It’s in a quiet spot near the train station, convenient for public transport and for walking into the city center. A great pick for a lovely vacation. Highly recommended!

A lovely place to stay on holiday, near Bologna's city center. It's so popular that other people book it quickly...
