The room's location and quality were the strong points, but I thought this was an expensive option given the problems. The mattress dips on the right side near the foot of the bed, and although there were three of us, we got only two towels. It took two days for the third one to arrive. There was no heat even though it was 6º in the city and the central heating wasn't working. The kitchen was short on utensils, and the extractor fan didn't work. The Wi-Fi was extremely poor, so streaming or watching YouTube without interruptions was out of the question. Even checking email or reading online papers took patience.

The apartment itself was disappointing. It was dirty when we arrived, and during our six-day stay no one cleaned it or changed the sheets and towels. The Wi-Fi kept dropping out, and the walls seemed paper-thin, so we heard every conversation from next door. The host, on the other hand, was incredibly kind and always available. The location is excellent, about five minutes on foot from the train station and 10-15 minutes from the center, with bus stops, bars, restaurants, and even a supermarket right nearby.

It wasn't what I expected. There are a few things that need reviewing.

Bologna is a very ugly city. There's nothing to see.
