The room was spacious and very clean, with AC, a fridge, a coffee machine, and a large TV. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and there’s a safe locker for valuables while you’re out. Wi-Fi worked well too. Check-in was smooth, with everything handled digitally and digital keys. The location is central, around a 25-minute walk from the train station, and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby. A brilliant stay!

A simple, nice room in a convenient location. Simone communicated really well and made the whole process easy. The Bangladeshi cleaner was also kind and helpful.

The location is very good, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. Our host Simone was extremely kind. We’d stay here again on our next trip to Bologna.

6/10
The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was huge. Getting into the place was easy, and the location is great. But there are no windows, so it isn't somewhere you'd want to hang out. To be fair, you'll probably spend most of your time out visiting.

The room looked good overall and the bed was comfortable, though the location was only okay and it's a long walk from the train station. There was mold on the walls (see picture), and the AC didn't work. It was hot, so we opened the window for fresh air. Thankfully, it wasn't extremely hot that night.
