The downtown location is the only reason for the three stars. There was a bad smell in the room, and it wasn't very clean, though the bathroom was okay. There wasn't any toilet paper or even kitchen paper. The room lighting needs attention too: the lights by the couch wouldn't turn off, so they stayed on all night, which was really bad.
