Alps Apartments Viktory

For that price, I've stayed in much nicer, tidier rooms. The late check-in and just one single-dose shampoo per person for two days were enough to put me off. I definitely wouldn't choose this place again.

The two apartments had uncomfortable pillows, and there weren't enough towels in either one. At Via Arezzo 1, there was only one escape route, the front door, and the windows had fixed bars. There were no fire extinguishers or gas detectors. We found the heating off, the place cluttered with things left by others, and the toilet paper roll was old. There was no bath mat, the bidet only had cold water, just two hangers in the closet, and no bedside lights. The value for money wasn't good. Piazza Vittoria 3 was new but neglected, with missing items including bathroom countertops and closets, and the bathroom heating was broken. That apartment was poor value too.

The apartment was charming and in a great location, and we felt very comfortable there. We had some check-in trouble when we arrived because ownership had changed, but it was sorted out quickly. Later that evening the boiler stopped working, so we called and a nice young man came to fix it at 9:30 pm. I have a strong personal connection to Bolzano, and even though we were only there for a weekend, for a brief moment I finally felt like I'd arrived. Thank you! 😍

It was a short stay, but fantastic. The young owner was friendly and welcoming, and above all really helpful. He managed to take care of every request we had, and did it excellently. The central location was very convenient. I'd definitely recommend staying here and hope to return soon.
