Capitol Rooms

The location is excellent, with the historic center and main sights an easy walk away. But my room wasn’t clean when I arrived, and the building has no lift, so carrying bags up to the fourth floor was rough. The soundproofing is awful, the walls may as well be paper. I could hear a couple in the next room having very loud, enjoyable sex for three hours straight. It was annoying and really disturbing.

The room was cosy, and we liked having a shared kitchen as well as a fridge in our room. The location worked perfectly, close to the station and within walking distance of the old town, with the public swimming pool a reasonable stroll away. Netflix wasn’t working on the TV, but staff put in a lot of effort to help fix it. We wouldn’t normally care about that on holiday, but one person in our group had a cold and spent more time in the room than usual. We’d gladly book again and recommend Stay Cooper to friends. Thanks for making our time in Bolzano comfortable.

The location was good, though my room was very plain and a bit worn. Noise carried easily too. I could hear people talking in the next room and out in the stairs and corridor.

The room was clean and the location was central, with easy check-in and checkout. Still, I came away disappointed, especially for the price, which felt quite low in quality. I was there for a couple of days in a small room on the fourth floor, with no elevator, so it’s a poor fit if you have suitcases. It was noisy enough that I could hear the guys next door talking all night. The fridge was beside the bed and made noise too.
