The train station is right opposite, and the city centre is an easy five-minute walk away. It's a lovely hotel at a reasonable price, with friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast had a good range, including fresh orange juice every day.

The location is very convenient, just across from the train station. The room was an okay size, the bed was comfortable, and there was a kettle. Items from the minibar cost extra. There's also a large supermarket in the mall nearby, with inexpensive food like roasted chicken. Another plus, the hotel gave us a free all-day transport pass during our stay.

We spent eight nights here as a family, mostly hiking in nearby valleys and mountains. The room was spacious, quiet, and really clean, and breakfast was good. The hotel has an old-school feel in a good way. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. The front desk staff were so helpful with our many questions and gave us great advice on what to see, where to go, and how to get there. They never let us down. We'll be back, thank you.

Good location. It's a decent hotel, with a basic but good breakfast. There's no bar.

The hotel is right in the heart of Bolzano, very central. My trains were delayed and I arrived late, and my phone wasn't working, so the hotel arranged a taxi for me. Grazie mille.
