I couldn't stay at Loft Alessandra because I came down with COVID. I asked to cancel, which would have meant a €130 penalty, but they kindly waived it. Thanks for that. I can't comment on the stay itself.

The loft was cute and clean, and right in the center of Bolzano. The owner was really kind and helpful. Five stars all around, we'd definitely come back!

The owners were courteous and ready to help, which really added to the stay. This little loft is clean and quiet, with all the comforts you need to relax in central Bolzano.

Now that our holiday's over, I just had to say how kind the lady running the place was. She was always available, and everything was clean. I'd definitely return.
