We found the rooms spacious, spotless, and well insulated from noise, which made for a quiet place to rest after exploring. Tayra at reception was especially kind and helpful, and the service was excellent. The price was unbeatable too. The hotel is near the train station, with the main sights practically at the door. If you're going to Florence, this is the place to stay.

The room was tidy and clean, with the basics like toiletries and a hairdryer. Staff were friendly and quick to respond. The location is right in the city centre among the tourist sights, just a 5-8 minute walk from the train station. I don't have much to complain about.

I'd give it a 9/10. We chose it mainly because it's so convenient for getting around, about five minutes from both the centre and the train station. It's clean, and they let us leave our luggage at reception. The ceiling is lovely. There aren't many special amenities, though there is a fridge. A few little things were missing, like drinking glasses and slippers, and the heating came from an AC unit.

It was a terrible experience. This low quality motel was overpriced, and the management seemed very amateur. They tried to charge me twice, and apparently don't keep proper track of their finances. Check your credit card statement carefully, or they may charge you twice without you noticing. I'd never stay there again.
