The terrace and wine were the only good parts. Don't expect the food to look like the menu pictures. What arrived was a tragedy on a plate, bad tasting and looking, with cheap ingredients. The second picture shows what was supposed to be something like bruschetta, and the photo makes clear what was okay and what wasn't. Arrogant service and bad food.

During busy hours, the staff are particularly rude, and the drinks are average, nothing special. There are plenty of better places in Bolzano. Edited: Their reply makes it quite clear what I meant. They can't even take a negative review without insulting their customer.

We booked eight months ahead, but the operator cancelled our reservations within 30 days of our arrival. How can anyone trust this place to keep its word?

The owner was very helpful with parking and all our other needs, and breakfast was included. The apartment was large, fresh and clean, right in the old town. I'd definitely recommend it.

A clean, new and comfortable apartment, with perfect staff, delicious breakfast and parking next door. Simply an amazing place to stay in Bolzano.
