We appreciated the secure basement parking and charging facilities for electric vehicles. The property was fabulous, and our room was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and had a lovely terrace. The host was friendly and very helpful. The pool was great in the hot weather, and the location worked well for day trips to Bolzano, nearby Merano, and the Dolomites. Highly recommend.

Parking was easy, and Corso is a good pizzeria nearby. The hotel is well made throughout, spacious, and feels secure, with a rooftop that's a real treat. The host and property are top quality. It's quiet and close to nature, but you can walk downtown. Gries is a beautiful part of Bolzano/Bozen, with some nice walks close by. I'd highly suggest staying here.

The rooftop terrace is so beautifully done it feels like being in a movie, and the views around the property, including from the gorgeous pool, are wonderful. The apartment concept is very well thought out, with brand new, high-end details everywhere. Rooms are bright, spacious, and in a quiet neighborhood. You can walk to the city center or rent an E bike through Paolo. He was super helpful with local tips, including where to get authentic Italian food. There's a fantastic pizzeria 50 meters away, and the rooms are set up for self-catering, with an Aldi within reach. Free secure underground parking too.

Paolo was a really friendly, helpful host, and we had such a good stay that we extended it. That gave us the chance to see two of the apartments. They'd been renovated recently and looked fresh and new. The rooftop was great, with sockets and comfortable seats, so you could even use it as a remote workspace.
