B&B Il Grifo

We really enjoyed our one night in this nice apartment. It had recently been refurbished, with new furniture and some nice details.

I had a very positive stay. The owner and her daughter were especially friendly and helped us find places to visit and restaurants. Everything was clean and the rooms were very comfortable. The shared room had all the useful things, including a microwave, coffee maker and TV. The price was very fair. The B&B is in Bomarzo's historic center, and you can't drive right up to it. Instead, there's a five-minute drive through the old village, though that isn't especially difficult. It occupies two floors: downstairs there's a shared kitchen and breakfast table, refrigerator, TV, sofa, armchairs, a bathroom and a bedroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms and another bathroom.

From the rooms facing the valley, the view is unforgettable. The building sits above a ravine and dates back centuries, and the surrounding area is so quiet that you can really relax. The B&B is in Bomarzo's lovely historic center, overlooking a charming little square. It's in an old residence, reached by an outside staircase to the first floor. The entrance level has a double bedroom with a bathroom and a breakfast room with a kitchenette; the other rooms are upstairs. Everything looked very clean, and the rooms are simply but tastefully furnished. It's beautiful, and I'll definitely come back.

Elena, the owner, is very kind and helpful. Her B&B in Bomarzo's historic center is peaceful, with comfortable rooms, and ours had a stunning view. It's just a short walk from the Monster Park and a few kilometers from Viterbo and other characteristic villages in Tuscia. Highly recommended.
