Stay somewhere else. I came with my two very young children to rest and enjoy the area, but the staff were never friendly, not even a smile or greeting. Guests from Germany in the room across from ours made noise all night until 7 a.m. when we first arrived. I asked to move rooms, but they refused, even though other rooms were available. The next night, loud music from the bar across the street went on until 1 a.m. Calling this place a resort, charming, or quiet just doesn’t fit. Our room was beside some kind of turbine that made a terrible, constant noise. The furniture was old and ugly, the bed was tiny, only 140 cm for two people, and the fixed showerheads made showering impractical. The toilets barely flushed and wasted tons of water. There were bins in the middle of the living room. Dinner was just okay and breakfast was mediocre, with almost no fruit and boxed industrial nectar for juice. The bar had very little choice and didn’t even serve small snacks with beer. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

I left early. Everyone was rude, and the musician they hired stalked me around the resort and even followed me to dinner outside the hotel. There’s no disabled access to the pool. When I told them I had lupus, they didn’t believe me and asked for my medical records. Don’t stay here, especially if you’re a woman traveling alone, disabled, or Black.

The food was surprisingly high quality throughout dinner, though service was a little slow, possibly because there were many guests compared with the number of employees. The staff were excellent and ready to help with anything. With the pool, beach, and restaurant, it’s a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy a holiday. I definitely recommend it and will come back.

We stayed for two weeks with our two young kids and would definitely choose this beautiful resort again. The staff were polite, very kind, and happy to answer all our questions and meet our needs. They also gave us great suggestions for places to visit and eat nearby. We’d recommend it!
