The access road is impossible for a large vehicle, and the property never mentioned that on its website or when they called about check-in. If we'd known, we wouldn't have risked damaging our vehicle by coming. There was no TV, the WiFi didn't work, and the shower curtain let water splash everywhere. Breakfast starts at 8:30 and isn't a buffet. As bikers, that was too late for us, so we didn't try it. A terrible stay. If I could, I'd rate it below one star.

The food was delicious and the welcome very pleasant. The place has lovely sea views from its charming, tree-lined terraces, and the yoga room is bright, beautiful, and superb. Our metal-framed room felt a bit cold and damp, and was hard to heat. It's near the Bordighera seafront, a nice spot to relax in a typical little town.

Federica, the owner, led a wonderful morning yoga session. We didn't have enough time to go mountain biking with Claudio, her husband, but that's a good reason to return. We loved chatting with them at the end of the day, especially over Moscow mules Claudio made. They're both so friendly and helpful. My girlfriend and I stayed for four days in mid-July 2020, though four days wasn't enough. The property is beautiful, perched on a hill and surrounded by nature. The rooms are named after the elements, and each one is lovely and carefully kept. The area has historic villages, mountain scenery, and beaches, so we'll definitely be back.

We slept incredibly well, and waking up to that view of the sea was priceless. The room was lovely, original, and very clean. The owners were so kind and helpful that they made us feel at home. Thank you so much for the hospitality. A great choice if you want peace and to be surrounded by nature.
