This is a great value place with very friendly, accommodating staff and a perfectly functional room. The rooms are basic but absolutely fine for the price. If you’re after a luxury hotel, look elsewhere. For good service at a great price, I’d really recommend it. I’m not sure what some other reviews expected at this price point. There’s a ski lift beside the hotel that opens at 11am, and another just up the road that opens at 9am. You can also get breakfast at the sister hotel, l'Hermitage, further up the road for €7. As some reviews mention, it’s a bit far from the bars and restaurants, but there’s a shuttle into the main area of Sestriere. Five stars, I’d stay again.

We had a school ski trip here, with good food and an amazing location. Eating and sleeping were in separate places, which made it a different experience but great fun for the evening entertainment. The disco and karaoke were EPIC! Marco the owner was amazing. Thanks for a great week!

They took in 40 of us, and it worked perfectly for skiing in and out. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there was a boot room to keep our kit safe. Great place.

Keeping it short: it’s a great hotel, the rooms are okay but still good, and having a ski lift right next to it makes the stay pretty good.

Good location, but the free Wi-Fi only lasts about 2-3 hours. After that, you have to pay.
