We had agreed by phone on a specific late check-in time, but when we arrived there was nobody there. The owner was extremely rude on the phone and said, “I was hungry so I left and I am not coming back, I am celebrating at the moment.” The rudest people in Ortigia. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. Avoid it, don't give them your money.
