The loft was quiet even though it’s right in the center, and we could see Borgomanero on foot without taking the car. It was simple but really well cared for, with top-notch cleanliness and a spotless, fresh-smelling bathroom. We even had a Smart TV and Netflix 🤣. We were greeted by the owner, a wonderful Parisian woman with very refined, polite manners, who explained everything about the little loft in detail. I like when an owner speaks proudly about the property; it feels professional and honest. We’d booked through Booking for a road trip, leaving our beloved motorcycle in the garage because of my sweetheart’s situation. When I asked for water, her husband brought us a chilled, branded 1.5-liter bottle at no extra charge. They’re so helpful and kind. Highly recommended if, like us, you appreciate cleanliness and peace and quiet. See you next trip.

The staff who welcomed us were so attentive and helpful, and the room felt cozy. It was freezing outdoors, but we stayed warm inside. My partner and I had a wonderful three-day stay, with a perfect location and everything meticulously kept and spotlessly clean. We’d definitely consider coming back. 100% recommended!

We’ll be back. The owners are friendly and fair with their prices, and the room stayed cool without needing air conditioning. When I asked the lady how to lower the temperature, she surprised me by saying there wasn’t a control. The place is charming, with tasteful furnishings, a beautifully restored wooden entrance door, a vaulted entryway, and finely furnished interiors. Calling it excellent hardly covers it.

The care and passion the owners put into reviving this ancient residence show everywhere. Gianni brings a luxurious touch, while Nathalie’s typically French hospitality makes for a relaxing, pleasant stay. Five stars.
