We were there for a week with three families and felt very comfortable. The service was very good, and the whole Gruber family went out of their way to make us feel at home. Mr Gruber drove us to and from the cable car each day. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were good.

We loved our stay so much that we’re already thinking about when to return. The rooms are very comfortable and have stunning mountain views. The staff are so friendly, and the front desk helped with any questions we had. The food is excellent, with a wonderful breakfast and amazing dinner. The half board deal is great. The family hotel is nicely located in Val Pusteria, a few minutes from Dobbiaco and San Candido, 15 minutes from Lago di Braies, and 40 minutes from Cortina D’ampezzo.

Thank you very much, Hotel Gruber. It’s a wonderful hotel, probably one of the best I’ve ever visited. The staff are kind and helpful, the atmosphere is lovely, and the kitchen serves local food in a sort of Michelin style. The limo ski shuttle service was nice, too. Highly recommended!
