Our skiing week here is always a great stay!

Lovely family, and great value for money 😉

We’ve stayed at Garni Binterhof three times now, twice in winter and once in summer, and there’ll be more visits. The Summerer family, who own it, are incredibly kind and ready to help with guests’ requests. Anyone who thinks warmth and courtesy have disappeared should meet them and stay here. The rooms are tidy and clean, with TVs and free Wi-Fi, and there’s parking on site for all Garni guests. The location makes it quick to get to the center of San Candido or to the ski lifts from Sesto or Versciaco. Breakfast is fantastic, with a table full of good things, especially the delicious fresh milk from the family’s cows. They keep the cows in the stables during winter and out on pasture in summer. You can ask to buy some milk to take home, and the family are happy to share it. For a short or long holiday in Alta Pusteria, I’d choose Garni Binterhof run by the Summerer family. We never want to leave.

We felt very at home thanks to the incredibly kind hosts. Breakfast was delicious, especially the cheese, sausage, rolls, and fresh milk. We also got lots of useful tips for hikes and excursions. Great value, and bringing our dog was no problem.
