The location is the only thing this place has going for it. The beds are tiny and uncomfortable, and the queen bed had two separate comforters instead of one, so I kept waking up to retrieve mine from the floor. The pillows are rock hard, so bring your own. There were bugs in the shower, and the WiFi was unusable. It dropped every five minutes and wouldn't reconnect. With no other service in the area, that was a dealbreaker. When we first arrived, everything was locked. A tiny note in the bottom corner of our ticket said to collect the keys in the next town. We had a car, so it wasn't a big problem, but they should communicate that more clearly.

It wasn't what we expected at all. The room wasn't clean, was poorly equipped, and had a strong damp smell. The bathroom was tiny and hadn't been cleaned properly. The reception staff were unprofessional.

For two people, this was a clean, pleasant apartment in a good spot, with very decent space. It's a shame to see such poor reviews, because I'd recommend it. The kitchen gear was excellent, including the dishes, accessories, and coffee maker. We brought our own supplies, but it would've been nice to find coffee, tea, or spices, along with more toilet rolls, dish liquid, and cleaning products. Check-in could also be simpler, without a drive to a property 1 km away.

We won't be coming back, and for the price I wouldn't recommend Residence Eden. We went in with modest expectations based on the advertising and were still very disappointed. We'd said clearly that there were three of us and a dog, yet we were given a tiny apartment that wasn't suitable for more than two. There was barely room to move in the kitchen, let alone cook for three. The bathroom was dated and visibly damaged. The whole place was in bad shape, with clear signs of long-term neglect: a bathroom door that wouldn't shut, broken faucets, and dirty walls throughout. Cleanliness was poor, with visible dirt in several spots. Then we were asked to pay a final cleaning fee, which was surprising given the condition when we arrived.
