The views from the pool were unbelievable, and the wellness area was great. We only wish the weather had been better so we could enjoy it fully. We spent four nights here and had an amazing time. The rooms were great, the food was good, and the staff were very attentive. The location is hard to beat, with mountain views and trails just behind the hotel. Sexton and San Candido are nearby if you need anything, but you could stay at the hotel and not need to leave. There’s a bus stop right outside, too. My airline lost my baggage for a week, so I checked with the front desk each day. Sigrid was extremely empathetic and helpful, and even followed up with our next hotel to make sure the bag arrived. 10/10, would recommend, even though I’d like to keep this place a secret.

The staff are just the loveliest, and the food is incredibly well cooked and catered for each day. The pool is clean and quiet, too. We also enjoyed the chance to connect with people around the hotel, especially on live music nights when everyone, staff included, comes together for fun. There are beautiful 360 degree views and easy to reach hikes.

We spent a week there over NYE and had a truly amazing stay. You can really feel it’s a family run business. The owner sat with us at the NYE dinner and shared the history of the place. She’s a lovely, caring person. The service was really nice, both at reception and in the restaurant. We had half board and enjoyed fabulous, tasty dinners every night. After a full day of skiing, the spa and saunas were a great way to relax. The hotel is right by the mountains, and our room had a perfect mountain view. We’ll definitely come back!

Everything was so peaceful and quiet, just perfect. The hosts were super friendly, the spa was amazing, and I had three treatments over two days. The views were breathtaking and the food was lovely. A must!
