Corte Fiorita Albergo Diffuso

We had a very good stay by the river in Bosa. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the owner was really nice and helpful :) Recommended!

The room had a lovely view, and breakfast in the courtyard was a nice touch. Still, we left disappointed after expecting more from all the glowing reviews. Our room was at the top of three very steep, slightly nerve-wracking flights of stairs. Carrying 20kg+ bags across Europe was already hard, and they didn't make it up. A porter would have made a huge difference. The staff seemed about as eager to help as someone asked to climb Everest in flip-flops.

The room was very spacious, with a lovely river view, and there were lots of dinner options nearby. Breakfast was very nice. But the Wi-Fi didn't work where we were, across the river from the main office, making it hard to plan our trip, and our room fridge was broken too. We reported the Wi-Fi on the first night, but it wasn't fixed for any of the remaining nights. They said repair staff were busy because the hot water was broken in the other buildings. My wife also found the bed uncomfortable.

The location was perfect, right by the river, with the old town's cozy lanes and piazzi just a short walk from the hotel. My room didn't face the river, but I still enjoyed looking at the old architecture nearby. The bedroom and bathroom were huge, with lovely old details, and there was even a little book exchange library. The fresh local breakfast had fruit and sweet things like Nutella, plus great coffee, as you'd expect in Italy, though that's not always how hotel breakfasts turn out. We could eat inside or in their cute plant-decorated piazza. The people at check-in and breakfast were so kind. It was perfect. Thanks for a great stay! If this review helped, please give it a 👍 so I'll keep posting more reviews. Enjoy your stay in Bosa!
