Our reservation was cancelled by the accommodation at 2:30 pm, after a confusing series of check-in changes. We'd had 12-1 pm confirmed in advance, then were told by phone that we couldn't arrive before 2 pm. Just before 2, Booking.com said check-in wasn't possible at all until 6 pm. We couldn't check in.

The air conditioning was broken for six of the seven days, even after I spent all day at home calling for a technician.
