A nice place.

Breno is a welcoming, lovely town, convenient for exploring the surrounding area. It isn't as glamorous as some of the crowded places, which we appreciated. During our few days at the hostel over Christmas, my two young kids, ages 5 and 7, and I found it impeccably clean, including the kitchen shared with other guests. Our private bathroom was comfortable and really warm. Breakfast at the hotel was superb.

The breakfast in the hotel garden was good, but the rest of my stay was a bad experience. I spent three days there for Ferragosto and had a room without a bidet, with a bathroom suitable for disabled people. There was no air conditioning, only a fan that barely helped while the sun beat down all day. If I needed anything, there was no supervision, and nobody ever seemed to be there.

I contacted this company for a quote and never got a reply. Maybe I'd have better luck if I changed my name to Mohammed, Aladdin, Ali, or Mustafa. Since I was born in Italy, perhaps they don't consider me advanced or wise enough. I could ask my friend Mohammed, a new Italian citizen, to contact them instead. With his wife Abu Fatima always close by like a bloodhound, he'll get an answer because he's wise. Remember, in Italy and Europe, the fight against patriarchy is waged exclusively against Italians and Europeans by birth. My friend Mohammed, though, can be as much of a patriarch as he wants. He's wise!!
