The owner is so warm, helpful, and always smiling, and stays involved across the whole business. The hotel, terrace, and restaurant sit right on the shore, with a breathtaking view from this quiet, peaceful spot. It's in an old, beautiful building with character and all the necessary modern amenities. The service is kind and helpful, from the cleaning and reception teams to the restaurant staff. A charming place for couples or families, and a great base for exploring the Garda area. Best regards!

We could sunbathe right beside Lake Garda, and our room had a wonderful view of it. The staff at both reception and the restaurant made us feel at home, and they seemed to have thought of every detail. Superb family hotel, highly recommended. Five out of five.

The room's lake view was exceptional, and the hotel itself is beautiful, right on the water. It's quiet, orderly, and clean. The reception and restaurant staff were lovely and attentive, and the boss personally looked after the guests. Everything was superlative, and I can easily recommend this place. We'll gladly return, and our dog Sasha was very happy too 😁 Thank you all.

We loved the breakfast, whether continental or bacon and eggs, and dinner at Al Vapor was fine dining at reasonable prices. Many of the meats, wines, and other products are sourced locally, which was a nice chance to try the local food. There's a ferry stop right outside, and another a few kilometres away for a cruise across the lake. The family run Boutique Hotel Brenzone is a few kilometres from Malcesine on Lake Garda's east coast. The modern, clean rooms have lovely lake views, TVs, and A/C, and there are nearby amenities including an ATM and Spar. What really made it one of my best hotel stays EVER was the staff. They were friendly every day, morning and night, made my wife and me feel welcome, and spoke fluent English and German. We tried to use as much Italian as we could. You can tell the family does its best to make everyone comfortable. I'd absolutely recommend the hotel and will look at coming back for the impeccable service and welcoming atmosphere.
