Le Vele Beth's House

We felt at home straight away in the ULIVI apartment. The small garden with olive trees gave it a lovely Italian feel, and the two-bedroom place had a well-equipped kitchen. Host Elisabetta was very friendly, responsive, and flexible when we were delayed on arrival. We stayed for a diving weekend, and the apartment was close to the diving base for filling tanks at sportdiver.it, as well as central for the dive sites and the ferry port on the lake's east shore. The garage is a bit tight for bigger cars, but other parking is available. Two minutes away on foot there's a small supermarket, coffee bar, and a beach bar on the promenade for sunset. At the main square, a three-minute walk away, there are a pizzeria and restaurant Luisa, which has amazing homemade tiramisu 😍. We'll definitely come back!

The location makes it easy to explore Lake Garda, and the property has a nice lake view. Elisabetta made everything smooth: she allowed us to check in early, greeted us, showed us around, and answered our questions. We really appreciated the thoughtful treats, sweets for the kids and a bottle of prosecco for us.

We loved spending our evenings at Elisabetta's house in Brenzone sul Garda, watching the sun set over the lake and seeing the activity along the boardwalk. It was a comfortable, clean, quiet, well-equipped home base for our week at Lake Garda. The location made it easy to reach places on the eastern and northern shores by foot, bike, car, or ferry. Elisabetta's instructions and resources were helpful, and having parking included was a plus. What a treat!

Brenzone sul Garda is quiet and picturesque. We were happy with our choice, especially since the scenery gets more mountainous farther up Lake Garda. The apartment is very clean, has everything you need, and a lovely balcony overlooking the lake. Elisabetta was helpful, friendly, and quick to respond, and made sure we were comfortable. The pool looked amazing, but I preferred swimming in the lake, where there are plenty of beach areas. It's a short walk downhill to the lake, with a supermarket, restaurants, cafe, ferries, and bus stop nearby. We had dinner at June Beach, just five minutes away, and took the ferry to Sirmione, enjoying spectacular views along the way. Malcesine, a larger town with lots of shops and restaurants, is also easy to visit. Highly recommend.
