This private villa is located 200 meters above Lake Garda, in the beautiful town of Brenzone. This is a quiet villa with a nice view. The area around the villa consists of olive trees. Here you can take a stroll and enjoy nature. The town of Brenzone is situated a few minutes away by car. The villa consists of two spacious apartments, each equipped with a balcony from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake. The villa is accessible by a narrow road. It has a beautiful garden, with flowers and a parking area. This apartment is located on either the 1st or 2nd floor and has an area of about 90m². You can access the apartment via a stone staircase. Each apartment has a balcony with a table and chairs. From here you have a magnificent view of the lake. The house is simply but comfortably furnished and has central heating and a TV with satellite connection.

Villa Olivo Breznzone Residence was such a lovely place to stay. The apartment felt roomy, very clean, and well equipped, with two comfortable bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a working kitchen, and a terrace overlooking the lake. We also loved the private garden with its olive trees, especially for coffee in the morning or relaxing later in the day. The owners welcomed us in person and made us feel at home. There were thoughtful things waiting in the apartment after the journey: coffee, milk, cookies, pasta, and jam. Soap, shampoo, towels, a dishwasher, toaster, and microwave were there too. We were even offered coffee at the owners’ hotel at check-in and check-out, a small gesture we’ll remember. They were kind, helpful, and genuinely hospitable. The warm, family feel meant we felt more like old friends than guests. We love Italy, Lake Garda, and this area, and Villa Olivo most of all. It’s somewhere we already want to return to. Everything felt peaceful, beautiful, welcoming, and clean. We recommend it wholeheartedly and miss it already.

The steep path from the accommodation goes straight to the nearly deserted village of Campo di Brenzone, and there are good walks to Casteletto and back along the lake. For day trips, Torri del Benaco is about 13 km away and Malcesine about 8 km. The village is also easy to reach on foot, with a Spar supermarket for essentials, plus a bakery and butcher shop. We found very good restaurants nearby. We stayed May 21st to 25th, 2024, and had a great short break. The place was clean and fantastic, with two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, terrace, and garden with olive, kiwi, and lemon trees and rosemary. The view was especially lovely. We got a warm personal welcome and a gift of coffee, milk, pasta, jam, muesli, and other things. Soap, shampoo, towels, a dishwasher, toaster, and microwave were provided. There was no washing machine, so we washed by hand and used the clotheslines. We’ve already recommended the place and will come back.
