Villa Beatrice

The rooms were simple but clean and tidy, and the small breakfast included in the price made it good value. I stayed one night with colleagues who were attending a conference at the engineering faculty, just five minutes away.

The neighborhood is green and peaceful, and the metro is less than a 1km walk away. My room was comfortable, well furnished, and spotless, with a TV, air conditioning, and a mini breakfast kit. Giovanni was kind and knew what to suggest for sightseeing and getting around. There's an app to open the front doors using Bluetooth, but my phone is really bad and I couldn't use it. They gave me regular keys straight away.

Absolutely charming. Giovanni is welcoming, straightforward, and always ready to help, from explaining how to get around to suggesting places to eat. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and exactly as described and shown on the website and social media. Covid rules were followed, and the Wi-Fi is very fast. The shower is great, and I slept wonderfully because the place is so quiet. Brescia will be an important hub for my work over the next two years, and I'll definitely stay at Villa Beatrice in the Margherita room again. Giovanni, your warm welcome, easy manner, and helpfulness turn a work trip into a little holiday. Thank you from the heart.

The manager was attentive and helpful, and the place is very quiet. My room was a decent size and even had a terrace, and the bed was very comfortable. Wi-Fi was excellent, and street parking nearby was convenient. I picked it because of the strong reviews and attractive price. It's outside the city center, but takes about 10 minutes to reach.
