The breakfast was a real highlight, with plenty to choose from, including fresh fruit, eggs, cheese, and local items. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief in the summer heat. Housekeeping kept it that way throughout our stay. We spent August 4th to 14th at Adler Historic Guesthouse. The staff were warm, helpful, and always ready with a smile. The hotel combines its historic feel with modern comfort, and its setting made it easy to get into town while enjoying lovely mountain views. It was also great value for the comfort and service. One of our best hotel stays. I’d happily recommend Adler Historic Guesthouse and hope to come back. Thanks to the team for making it memorable.

What made my stay special was how kind and attentive everyone was. The staff were genuinely welcoming, ready to help with any request, and paid close attention to the details. The service felt personal from the moment I arrived. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend the hotel to friends, family, and colleagues. The rooftop wellness area was a nice extra, and breakfast was generous and very good. The hotel itself feels cozy, with stylish rooms, and the staff were professional, friendly, and always happy to help. It’s right in the center, so everything is close. Parking is provided, though you need to drive there yourself. I’d suggest checking the map beforehand so you know which turn to take. If we’re back in Brixen, we’ll stay here again.

After traveling through the mountains from Dobbiaco, I finished my trip at this hotel. It was quiet despite being in a great spot for walking, and I’ve never slept so well. The rooms, service, breakfast, and spa facilities were all exceptional. Easily the best place I’ve stayed in years. I can’t wait to return.

The panorama rooms had a great view, and the hotel was clean, well located, and had excellent spa facilities. We were happy with the friendly service right from the start, too. Breakfast was delicious, with local products. The affiliated wine bar and Finsterwirt Restaurant were also fantastic, both for the food and drinks and the service. We’ll definitely return to Brixen and stay at Adler again. Just amazing.
