AKI Family Resort PLOSE

The restaurant service was attentive and competent, and there’s a huge glass wine cellar by the entrance that sets the mood. Every interaction with the hotel team was consistently excellent, from before arrival through check-in, dining, and housekeeping. It’s a great family resort focused on keeping kids happy and entertained, while still offering adults quality food and good service.

The hotel is modern, feels brand new, and the service is amazing. Breakfast is great, with lots of egg options. At dinner, we ordered a local wine and had a memorable experience with the sommelier, Stefano. An outstanding family hotel. Absolutely recommend it.

The kids’ activities seem endless, and the sauna and relaxation spaces are luxurious and thoughtfully designed. The kids club also gives parents a chance to enjoy some quality time. My 13-year-old son said they understand their audience and look after every detail. He meant things like the steps where kids can watch the chef prepare food, the cute bathroom trash cans, smaller sinks, lobby adventures, bunk beds, and being close to Plose with free cable car rides. There’s plenty more, too.

The adults-only spa is a peaceful place, with a cold plunge that’s a must and sauna areas tucked among trees, with beautiful mountain views. It’s a great spot to unwind while the kids are lovingly looked after, and there are also massage areas and nature to enjoy. The rooms are beautifully designed, with ambient lighting inside and out, and the cleanliness was impeccable, quick and thorough. There’s a huge choice of high-quality food, and meals feel like dining at an upscale restaurant in a relaxed setting. Even when a toddler throws food on the floor, the staff stay kind and professional and make you feel understood. What stood out most was how attentive the team were. They remembered little things like an Americano without milk, sparkling water, or that I don’t eat pork, and suggested suitable dishes. Everyone, from reception to the restaurant, was warm, professional, and made us feel recognized. You can tell they care about the children as well as the adults. Staying at Aki Family Resort PLOSE felt like heaven. I’d absolutely recommend it to families looking for a place that understands what they need and gives parents a chance to relax.
